To report damaged window treatments, contact Customer Service, ext. 6111 or online at work request. A work order will be placed for repair, however, if the repair is extensive, the department will be referred to an outside vendor for service/replacement at the expense of the department.

If a preferred vendor is not chosen, it's common to have problems with size, quality, anchoring, and finding replacement parts when the product breaks. In the long run, we've found that paying for a quality product with quality installation is better than having to repair, replace and reinstall flimsier products sold at the hardware store.
